Beklenmedik durumlar veya yetersiz kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 nedeniyle Alanya \u0130ca Tur&#039;un turu iptal etmek zorunda kalmas\u0131 durumunda, m\u00fc\u015fterilere en k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede bilgi verilecek ve tam para iadesi veya daha sonraki bir tarihe yeniden planlama se\u00e7ene\u011fi sunulacakt\u0131r.<\/p><p>3.2.
