ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the service, the specifications and sale price of which are stated below, which the BUYER has ordered electronically from the SELLER’s website www.activitiesinalanya.com, in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and to determine the rights and obligations of the parties.

ARTICLE 6 – OBLIGATIONS

6.1. The SELLER is responsible for providing the service in accordance with the agreement, completely and as per the specified qualities.

6.2. The BUYER is obliged to pay the service fee as specified in the agreement.

ARTICLE 7 – RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

For the resolution of disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized.

ARTICLE 8 – ENFORCEMENT

This agreement comes into effect upon electronic approval by the BUYER.

ARTICLE 9 – OTHER PROVISIONS

9.1. This agreement has been read, understood, and signed by the parties.

9.2. For matters not specified in the agreement, the relevant legislation provisions shall apply.
