ALANYA İCA TOUR CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy

At Alanya İca Tour, we strive to provide our customers with the best travel and tour experiences. However, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your booking. This policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel your travel or tour arrangement and be eligible for a refund.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

2.1. Notification: To cancel your booking, you must notify Alanya İca Tour in writing by sending an email to info@activitiesinalanya.com. Your cancellation will take effect on the day we receive your written notification.

2.2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:

• More than 30 days before the service date: 100% refund of the total service fee, minus any transaction fees.
• 15 to 30 days before the service date: 50% refund of the total service fee.
• Less than 15 days before the service date: No refund will be provided.

2.3. Processing: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation.

3. Cancellation by Alanya İca Tour

3.1. In the unlikely event that Alanya İca Tour must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient participants, customers will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for a later date.

3.2. Alanya İca Tour is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that the customer may have incurred as a result of the booked service.

4. Modifications by the Customer

4.1. If you need to make changes to your booking (such as changing the date or participants), please contact us as soon as possible at info@activitiesinalanya.com. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, etc.), where travel plans are significantly affected, Alanya İca Tour will offer a voucher for future use for the full amount of the booking or a full refund, at the customer’s preference.
